Junior Project Manager

Headquartered in California, American Wholesale Lighting supports National and International Accounts as well as regional businesses. Your specific duties in this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Reading plans and fixture schedules
  • Creating proposals and quotations for potential and existing customers
  • Learning, and researching product we provide
  • Assisting our project managers with all aspects of a national account
  • Coordinating with contractors, architects and high end retail customers
  • Managing current projects which may also include collaborating with customers and sales reps as required
  • Order entry for sales and purchase orders, tracking and coordination of material deliveries and install

Desired Skills and Experience (preferred but not required):

  • One year office experience
  • Administrative and/or Project Management experience
  • Able to perform at a high level in a fast paced environment
  • Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere and to collaborate on continuous improvement efforts
  • Attention to detail
